I found this via true up and it's a pretty good article about fabric quality in general. Really more for sheeting as opposed to fashion or other home decor fabrics, but very informative. I have a new favorite blog! Pink Penguin! The picture below is actually from one of her online buddies, but I loved it so much I used it for the picture:
![]() I've been having fun looking through her blog. I found her site through Japan Craft Journal. currently drooling over her Japanese fabric finds. Note to self: Drag husband kicking and screaming to Nipporri on next trip to Japan. I'm always confused about what kind of thread I should use on a project and usually end up just using whatever matches. But not so any more!
Check out this brochure on thread types found on craftzine who found it via http://label-free.blogspot.com/. please check out this designer! She prints on fabric, prints trims, etc. Very cute patterns and designs!
leililaloo love it! Crowded teeth has been on my radar off and on for the last few years. Her art is really really cute and upbeat. She's got a new project for her 25th year of life and you can check it out here:
Crowded Teeth - Project 25 She has some great patterns in the early part of the blog. and her paper craft them yielded some seriously cute results. Enjoy |
